Are you passionate about the outdoors and ready to make an impact at a fast-growing travel tech startup? CheckYeti is looking for enthusiastic Weekend Operations Support to join our team and help deliver outstanding service to our customers (B2C) and partners (B2B).

At CheckYeti, collaboration is key. We work closely with different teams across the company, from Sales and Business Development to Content, Marketing, and Product. Within the Operations Team, we are the frontline for our outdoor activity customers and partners, delivering exceptional service to create unforgettable experiences.

This is a weekend-only position (Saturdays and Sundays, 8 hours per day).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

After completing a comprehensive onboarding, you will join one of our language teams (German, French, or Italian) and become a key part of our vibrant, supportive Operations Team.

Operational Support:

  • Manage and monitor bookings in your respective market (German, French or Italian).

  • Provide daily support to both customers and providers, ensuring a smooth booking experience.

  • Handle cases efficiently from start to finish, with ownership and care.

  • Communicate with customers and providers across various channels (especially email and WhatsApp), always representing CheckYeti with professionalism and warmth.

  • Build strong relationships with our international providers and customers.

  • Train and assist providers in using our back office and self-service tools to manage their bookings.

Technical Support:

  • Be part of CheckYeti’s first full season using AI-powered tools to support customers and providers:

  • Monitor and manage our different AI tools (such as customer chatbots, automated support systems)  to ensure they deliver accurate and helpful responses.

  • Identify and report AI errors or improvement opportunities to optimize and enhance user experience.

  • Assist both customers and providers with basic technical issues (e.g., login support, navigation, booking management).

  • Escalate more complex technical issues to our specialized Product Team.

  • Help test new platform features and AI updates, providing valuable feedback from an operational perspective.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • You work accurately while maintaining a high pace.

  • You have strong communication and time-management skills.

  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable using laptops, communication tools, and basic online platforms.

  • You are fluent in English (C1) and native/C1 level in at least one of our core languages: German, French, or Italian (fluency in Spanish is a plus!).

  • You are a team player, eager to learn and open to giving and receiving feedback.

  • You are flexible, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic about new challenges.

  • You are available to work on weekends.

  • You are passionate about outdoor sports and/or the travel industry, or the tech industry.

  • Whether you are a current student, a recent graduate (in Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, Business Administration, Economics, etc.), or an exceptional talent from a different field, we encourage you to apply.

  • Previous experience in tourism, service, or start-ups is a strong advantage.

DURATION & SCHEDULE
  • Contract Length: 2 months, from Tuesday, July 1st to Sunday, August 31st.

  • Onboarding Days: Wednesday, July 2nd and Thursday, July 3rd (weekday work).

  • Standard Work Schedule: 16h/week - 8h on Saturdays + 8h on Sundays (weekend work only).

  • First Working Weekend: Saturday, July 5th and Sunday, July 6th.

  • Last Working Weekend: Saturday, August 30th and Sunday, August 31st.

Important:

Due to the short duration and the weekend-based nature of this position, we ask candidates to be fully available for weekend work throughout the entire period (July–August). This ensures we can deliver the best support to our partners and customers, and allows you to make the most of this experience!
